In 1972 Contractors owner, Kevin Etheridge, first entered into the pest management field working after school in a local termite shop.
It was there that he was first introduced to termite pre-treatments.
In 1983 after 11 years with that same employer, Kevin started Contractors Termite and Pest Control in Brea, California.
Kevin moved to Arizona in 1994 for several reasons, quality of life, environment and his love for the desert.
At the same time expanding his pest management services to The Valley of The Sun.
It was there that he was first introduced to termite pre-treatments.
