Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control services target common Utah pests including spiders, ants, cockroaches, and earwigs. Using child and pet-safe products, we implement targeted treatments followed by quarterly maintenance plans. Our technicians identify infestation sources and apply environmentally responsible solutions for both immediate eradication and long-term prevention.
Rodent Removal
Specialized rodent control addresses mice, rats, and other vermin infestations through humane trapping and exclusion methods. We seal entry points and implement preventive measures to protect properties from disease risks and structural damage. Our approach avoids toxic chemicals that could harm pets or contaminate living spaces.
Bird Exclusion
Custom bird exclusion solutions protect commercial properties using netting, spikes, and deterrent gels. We follow federal migratory bird protections while implementing humane exclusion strategies for problem species. Services include installation of physical barriers and ongoing maintenance to prevent nesting in protected areas.
Termite Treatment
Professional termite control identifies infestation sources through comprehensive inspections. We employ targeted treatments to eliminate colonies and apply preventive barriers to protect structures. Our methods address both visible damage and hidden threats while using products that minimize environmental impact compared to traditional fumigation.
Commercial Pest Control
Tailored commercial pest management serves restaurants, storage facilities, and office buildings with discreet after-hours treatments. We help businesses maintain health code compliance through regular inspections and documentation. Our services include customized exclusion plans for food service establishments and multi-unit residential complexes.
