Rodent Control
Our rodent control service addresses mice and rat infestations through comprehensive inspections and targeted treatments. We identify entry points, implement exclusion techniques, and use environmentally responsible methods to eliminate infestations. The process includes decontamination of affected areas and prevention strategies to ensure long-term protection for homes and businesses.
Crawl Space Restoration
This service addresses crawl space contamination through complete removal of damaged insulation and vapor barriers. Our technicians decontaminate affected areas, seal entry points, and install fresh vapor barriers. The process improves indoor air quality, prevents moisture issues, and protects structural integrity while addressing rodent infestation damage comprehensively.
Vapor Barrier Installation
Our vapor barrier installation prevents moisture intrusion in crawl spaces using industrial-grade membranes. This service controls humidity, prevents mold growth, and improves energy efficiency. Proper installation creates an airtight seal while maintaining breathability, addressing common moisture problems in Pacific Northwest climates effectively.
Air Duct Repair
This service addresses damaged air ducts caused by pests or erosion. Our technicians repair cracks, reconnect disconnected lines, and replace severely damaged components. The process improves HVAC efficiency, eliminates contaminated air circulation, and restores consistent indoor temperatures while preventing energy loss through compromised duct systems.
Integrated Pest Management
Our IPM approach combines inspection, identification, and targeted treatment using least-toxic methods. We address conducive conditions, seal entry points, and implement preventive measures tailored to specific pest behaviors. This environmentally responsible strategy focuses on long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes, ensuring safe and effective pest control for residential and commercial properties.
