Services
Pest Prevention
Protecting your business begins with our comprehensive Pest Prevention program. We evaluate your facility for structural deficiencies, pest entry points, and conditions that could encourage activity. Based on our findings, we recommend improvements and establish a customized prevention program. Our services include detailed documentation, ongoing communication, and assessments of interior and exterior conditions.
Termite Control
Protecting a structure from termites begins with timely inspection and appropriate prevention. We assist homeowners and businesses with termite inspections, treatments, prevention programs, and pest control services. Our professionally trained technicians are experienced in identifying wood-destroying organisms early. We also provide commercial termite control and use eco-friendly products to help minimize potential damage.
Bird Control
Professional assistance can help control birds that are nesting or roosting around a property. We use humane, non-toxic methods to address these issues and help reduce associated property damage. Birds can affect buildings, machinery, automobiles, roofs, and ventilation systems. Accumulated droppings and nesting materials may present significant health concerns if not corrected promptly.
Bed Bug Control
We help businesses and properties address bed bug concerns through professional inspection, treatment, removal, and control services. Our trained staff can identify signs of infestation and provide treatment for mattresses, box springs, and furniture without disposal. In addition, we offer in-person training sessions and a six-month elimination warranty for added service assurance.
Structural Repair
We provide structural repair for damage caused by wood-destroying organisms, moisture conditions, termites, rodents, and other pests. Our contractors assess compromised areas, repair affected wood framing and structural elements, and document the completed repairs. Coordinating this work with pest elimination allows us to address both active infestation and existing structural damage while restoring the propertys integrity.
Sanitation Services
Maintaining a clean environment is essential for safety, appearance, and customer perceptions. Our sanitation services include rodent dropping cleaning, bird dropping cleaning, power washing, sanitized solutions, and floor drain cleaning. We also conduct detailed inspections to locate rodent entry points and close them with impervious materials, helping keep affected areas cleaner and properly maintained.
Pest Control Service
We provide comprehensive residential pest control designed to keep your home protected throughout the year. Our approach applies scientific methods used in commercial services while maintaining an environmentally responsible focus. Trained and certified technicians identify potential concerns and pest entry points. We address vulnerabilities, remove nests and webs, apply perimeter treatments, and provide detailed service reports.

Great service. Justin and his team answered the phone, came out to assess the situation immediately and got right to work. They sealed and protected my attic & crawl space thoroughly. The critters were gone by the time Certech was called, as I had already removed the insulation and replaced duct work. However, they were very diligent about setting traps and sealing remaining openings to prevent any further problems. Highly recommend!!

Rodent access points to the house were located and sealed off. Traps were set where rodent activity was noticeable and the traps
were inspected on regular basis and reset if necessary. Gareth explained what was required and efficiently carried out the work.
We highly recommend Certech and look forward to a rodent free home.

We've used Certech for almost 6 yrs now at our restaurant. We just opened a new restaurant that had horrible roach issues. They have eliminated all the roaches. We also use Certech for our home last year because of the ants. No more ants, even this year so far. The owner and staff are so great to deal with and make it easy. Trustworthy and very professional. Big shout out to Justin, Sergio, and Fermin! Thank you

I called Certech for a summer ant issue and couldnt be happier with the results. They scheduled my appointment quickly and handled everything with total professionalism.
My technician, Gareth, was incredibly nice, thorough, and professional. He used a targeted baiting strategy inside and treated the exterior perimeter with a spray. Its been about 10 days since the treatment (done on 5/16) and the results speak for themselvesthe ants are completely gone from the inside, and Ive only seen a couple of strays outside which have now disappeared too.
Their pricing for a one-time service is incredibly reasonable, especially for the high quality of work and peace of mind they provide. Certech is an excellent choice and I highly recommend them.

Certech was able to send a person out the following day after making appointment, which was good as we tried unsuccessfully to eliminate the ants with multiple attempts prior. The treated inside and out which seemed to have done the trick. We only had a few stray ants for a couple of days but after a week no more ants were seen. It's only been 3 weeks, but we haven't seen any more as of yet.

I had a ground wasp problem and Gareth came out within a short notice window. (Need to let him know so he can bring his bee suit). He and his team were super communicative and fair with pricing from the first interaction to him coming on-site.
My neighbors happened to call pest control the day before so the wasp issue was resolved but Gareth still did a proper inspection and even did a rodent inspection proactively. He made helpful recommendations, knows his stuff, was honest, and was friendly. Other pest control services made me feel like I had to purchase expensive services or I would be faced with major issues.
If I need anyone for pest control, I will be calling Certech first. Thanks Gareth!
