I can't express how much Voyd came through for us during our extremely stressful bedbug infestation. From the get-go, they were responsive; I got a text from Diana early Monday morning and we set up a time for Jason to come. She was helpful and explained all the services and costs clearly. When Jason was in austin, he came by and did a thorough inspection of the entire house; he located some activity where we hadn't seen it, and also assured us which areas were most likely not infested.

He taught us a ton about bed bugs, and it became obvious he has years and years of experience in this field. We did heat in 3 rooms and he sprayed the rest of the rooms, and while we had some residual bugs show up a day later it was clear the heat/spray had affected them and they were on their way out. After that, we've seen no activity whatsoever and feel armed with the knowledge he imparted to us to battle any future bedbugs that come our way.
