Carnegie went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND to settle an issue that I had regarding concerns over potential termite activity that was documented by my main pest service provider. This stemmed from a pre-construction treatment issue on a new build. Ivan, the owner, personally got involved and addressed the issues directly. They offered a complimentary exterior perimeter treatment without being asked twice. They showed up within the agreed time window and completed the work promptly, providing thorough explanations along the way. They provided complete documentation - work order, service agreement and completed graph. Carnegie went out of their way to correct the issue and I am forever appreciative and more than happy to be a future paying customer!

It's never a good thing when you hear "critter noises" coming from your kitchen. I called Carnegie Exterminators and they arranged to have Mike come out to our home to help us. On our walk down the driveway, Mike immediately identified what and how they got inside. It took about 30 seconds! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with lots of questions and so we instituted a plan.
All quickly and confidently. He didn't try to upsell us which was also so refreshing. I'm grateful that Mike and the team at Carnegie Exterminators are working with us to manage this problem. A great choice!

My kids were out playing in the yard and we noticed a large active wasp nest on the deck. Also bee's coming out of the ground on the opposite side of the house. Carnegie Exterminators was incredibly responsive. They came in within a few hours to address a rodent problem in my parents house. The gentleman that came was very polite and quickly took care of problem. Can't say enough good things. Very professional. Update: I asked Michael to come back and check the spiders I have on the side of my house and a trail of ants. He was honest about the spiders about what to do with them. We had pharaoh ants in our kitchen at work. I called Carnegie Exterminators and they returned my call within an hour and was out the very next day! They made an application with the gel, and showed us what to do. and explained the behavior of these type of ants. Had a nest of yellow jackets in a very awkward place. I called and John was here within 3 hours! He was pleasant, personable and very helpful. I would not hesitate to call Carnegie Exterminators again! I always feel so blessed when I find a business owner who truly cares about what they are doing, and that is John. He offered a warranty and everything! Call them!

Called yesterday and left a message, not only a return phone call but they came out to assist with my mouse problem. Very knowledgeable was able and more then willing to answer all my questions. Also provide me with some tips and tricks on how to prevent other potential pest problems. I would highly recommend using them! Truly 5 Star service. I plan on using them again if any other issues come up

I have used "John" from Carnegie Exterminators more than once. I have no Idea why everyone is complaining about him being rude. I found him to be a really stand up guy. Even talked with me about some of the old equipment his family has used for years. Just really nice. And the price they ask is less than 1/4 the price of any of the big name companies for the same service and the 1 year warranty. Terminex quoted me $1800 to spray a stupid old rotting tree stump 20 feet from my house. John charged me a low few hundred and also strayed the perimeter of the house just for good measure.
So I say, save 3/4 of your money and call Carnegie Exterminators if you need to get rid of some pests. And if by some chance they seem "rude" keep in mind everyone is entitled to a rough day. But you are also saving a lot by hiring these guys. I will only work with these guys from now on. Though I hope I never have to again, for obvious reasons. :

Excellent work, do not let the other 1 star commments get to your mind, they did an outstanding job. I reported that i had Silverfish in my house and they came immediately after i had told them about the situation. I now dont have any silverfish. I can finally go home and craft the things i need to defeat Herobrine without having to fend off countless waves of silverfish. Thanks Carnegie Exterminators!

Called and described the problem to Jon, the owner. He provided the names of the chemicals they would use, so I was able to look them up on the internet. Internet research agreed with what he described in terms of product effectiveness and safety to pets, etc. He and his crew came out w/in two days. He investigated the upstairs interior where we saw the ants, and in the basement climbed our ladder to remove suspended ceiling panels to view the area.
He did a thorough look around the basement, even pointing out areas that we hadn't noticed. He sprayed the interior and the crew sprayed the exterior (using a compressor, not hand-held equipment.) He offers tiered pricing, based on the amount of time you'd like the work to be warranted. This is nice, as you can decide what is appropriate for yourself. We selected the 90-day warranty, which was the lowest price tier.
