Jean-Loui took my call around 4:30pm and realized the urgency of my case, I had a knot of wasps inside one of my rooms. His kindness and desire to help were noticeable when at 5:00pm he was already at my house ready to help me. Within an hour everything was finished, he used non-toxic pesticides and inspected my entire house to make sure there was nothing else that could cause a problem. It's good to know that there are still people with the gift of serving! The prices are reasonable and the service is elite!

Mega Bee personnel are very professional and knowledgable. They were hired by my condo association to remove a massive beehive from my balcony. The service agent that came out was amazing; he went above and beyond (unfortunately, I've forgotten his name). I later reached out to the company to consult on a termite issue. The person who took my call was great and worked with me when I needed to reschedule a couple of appointments.

When Jean finally came out, he provided me with detailed guidance and information -- a totally experienced expert in his field! Dealing with a terrible pest issue for several weeks. Attempted to handle the issue on my own, but ended up getting stung a few times (not worth it). Stumbled upon this gem of a company. Extremely professional from beginning to end with great communication. They arrived on time, ready to get the job done and were able to get everything under control and treated in a timely fashion.

And best part? No more bees, guys! Bees? Zero. Gone. Dont try to do this alone, not worth the ER visit. Leave it to the professionals. 10/10 service and will be recommending to family and friends.

I cannot give a better review for Jean (Gene?) and his colleagues. We moved down from the northeast thinking we were escaping all the roaches and rats, but after moving into our rental home, not only did we come across way too many roaches, but also ants and rats in our home. Jean was transparent about the steps he was planning on taking, but also was so informative and friendly about it.

After he finished his evaluation on the roaches and ensured no other roaches would come in, he gave us a full report which we could share with our landlord. He even noted possible entrance points for mice, which we hoped would not be an issue. After his first visit in July, we havent seen ants or roaches in the house. A couple months down the road, I heard noises in the attic- what he warned us came true.

We had rats in the house. The landlord had attempted to use Jeans initial report to fix the problem, but it escalated when the rats couldnt escape the house and came into the living area. Jean came to the rescue yet again, with the best tools and equipment to fully eradicate the rat problem. The cherry on top: we dont wear shoes in our home and Jean always puts shoe covers over his shoes. Thanks so much Jean, you might be one of my favorite people in Miami!

I would recommend Mega Bee without any hesitation! We had a complicated bee infestation in the concrete wall of our house that required a lot of work and multiple visits. Alejandro and Jean worked very hard to complete the job to ensure minimal destruction to our home. They are a family run business that reflects honesty and humility. Alejandro of Mega Bee came to remove bees that had built a hive inside the wall of a property I was purchasing. He arrived on time, took me step-be-step to understand the nature of the job, options for removal and why those options could result in a temporary or permanent removal. Of course, I opted for the permanent removal with the warranty. Alex even offered me a bee suit so I could watch the process! Called them to come do a termite inspection when I noticed wings, Jean came out and immediately determined the type of termite we had and our next steps. While doing the termite inspection he also found rodents in my attic and set traps up the same day! Quick and thorough great service!
