The business was started by Arnold Weinfeld who realized there was a need for customer-oriented pest and termite management.
He set out working as the sole technician serving families and businesses in the area.
Customer service and reputation allowed the company to grow and after graduating college Howard Wallenstein, Arnold's nephew and the current owner joined the company full time in 1976.
