Termite Treatments
Utilizing Termidor by BASF, our termite treatments provide guaranteed protection for 10+ years. Our certified technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify infestations and implement targeted solutions that eliminate colonies at their source while preventing future damage to structural wood components.
Carpenter Ant Control
Our comprehensive carpenter ant treatment system locates and destroys nests within wooden structures. Using integrated pest management techniques, we apply specialized baits and treatments that eliminate entire colonies while implementing preventive measures to avoid re-infestation in residential and commercial properties.
Rodent Removal
We implement secure baiting systems with locking stations to safely eliminate rodent infestations. Our approach targets both immediate removal and long-term prevention through exclusion techniques that seal entry points while ensuring pet and family safety during the eradication process.
Mosquito Prevention
Our mosquito control programs reduce breeding grounds and apply targeted treatments to minimize populations. By addressing standing water sources and implementing barrier sprays, we significantly decrease mosquito activity around properties while reducing associated health risks like West Nile Virus transmission.
Wood Inspections
Certified inspectors perform comprehensive evaluations for wood-destroying insects including termites, powder post beetles, and carpenter ants. Our detailed reports identify active infestations, damage extent, and provide remediation recommendations that meet real estate transaction requirements and protect property investments.
