Services
Basic Pest Control
Our foundational pest control program targets common household pests including ants, spiders, scorpions, and cockroaches. Four seasonal treatments address pest biology cycles using Integrated Pest Management techniques developed by Dr. Scott Lingren. Exterior treatments require no homeowner presence, with free interior treatments available upon request. The program adapts to regional pest pressures while maintaining environmental safety standards.
Mosquito Control
Monthly mosquito treatments from April through October reduce bites by 85-90% using pyrethroid insecticides applied via backpack mist blowers. The program targets resting areas like foliage and eaves while incorporating surfactants to maintain effectiveness after rain. Clients report significant reductions in mosquito activity within hours of treatment, allowing safe outdoor enjoyment without chemical repellents.
Termite Control
Annual termite inspections and treatments protect properties from wood-destroying insects using Termidor SC, a non-repellent insecticide that eliminates colonies through transfer effect. The program includes spot treatments for active infestations and preventive measures during quarterly visits. Combined with basic pest control, it offers comprehensive protection against termites and carpenter ants.
Fire Ant Control
Biannual fire ant treatments using abamectin-based baits eliminate over 90% of colonies by targeting queen reproduction. Spring and fall applications prevent reinfestation while allowing beneficial native ants to repopulate treated areas. The program uses less than one ounce of active ingredient per acre, making it both effective and environmentally responsible.
Rodent Control
Multi-strategy rodent control combines intensive inspections, indoor traps, and tamper-proof bait stations to eliminate infestations. Permanent exclusion methods seal entry points while biannual maintenance visits prevent future invasions. The program addresses both immediate infestations and long-term prevention through structural modifications and ongoing monitoring.
