Kelly began his career in pest control in 1997 with Sears Termite and Pest Control.
He was a sales and service technician and went on to become the sales trainer for the state of Florida.
He was then promoted to sales manager and chose Indian River County to be his main office location.
Sears Termite and Pest control sold their division and he went on to continue his career with Middleton Pest Control where he learned the lawn and ornamental side of pest control.
In 2003, he started Americhem Lawn & Pest Control.
