We use IPM (Integrated Pest Management) whenever possible and we strive to effectively control pests by making simple modifications to your home. Services
Ant Control
Report
If you've got ants in your home, you're dealing with a highly intelligent, highly organized enemy.
Spotting just one ant speeding along your baseboard or tabletop is actually as good-or as bad, should we say-as seeing a whole trail of them.
Here's why: ants live in closely-dependent, ordered social systems, and communicate with each other efficiently via pheromone trails.
As soon as one ant discovers the fruit bowl on your counter top, it'll head home, leaving a line of pheromones behind to alert the whole nest to the feast.
Bed Bug Extermination
Report
Bed Bugs have been around since before man started sleeping in beds; in fact, they've been around longer than man entirely.
The first evidence scientists have found of Bed Bugs dates back 115 million years ago, meaning they were likely dining on dinosaurs far before we came onto the menu.
The earliest known evidence of Bed Bugs feasting on people dates back over 3,500 years ago as archaeologists have found fossilized Bed Bugs on an excavation site in Egypt.
They even show up in ancient Greek and Roman writings and the Jewish Talmud.
Fleas
Report
We typically think of fleas as pests that take up homes in our pets' fur and make them itchy.
These pests can be much more dangerous than that, spreading disease and causing severe reactions.
Fleas feast on blood and seek out warm-bodied animals to feed on.
While they often feed on animals, the bugs will move on to human hosts in no time if given a chance.
There are also specific types of fleas that prefer us to animals.
The pests love the warm, moist climate we have here in Georgia.
If the conditions are right, the insect can live for over a year.
Roaches
Report
Roaches are found in homes throughout Georgia.
Although it might not be worth bragging about, we have some of the largest in the country.
The American Cockroach is a one and a half inch, flying beast that drops from ceilings, flits through the bathroom, hides in the pantry, and contaminates everything they touch.
Cockroaches spread filth and disease everywhere they go.
They carry bacteria like salmonella and can cause Staph Infection and Strep Throat.
They can even harbor viruses like polio.
As they crawl over countertops, pantries, and fruit bowls, they deposit that bacteria behind like a time bomb.
Rodent Control
Report
Did you know that nearly half of the world's mammal species are rodents?
These prolific pests are found everywhere around the globe, and they've been here since the Cretaceous era, long before humans came along.
It's pretty easy to love some of them.
Gerbils, Guinea Pigs, and hamsters, for instance, are cute and cuddly, and are very popular pets.
Other rodents may be more repulsive or inspire mixed emotions.
Mice and rats, for example, are incredibly smart and can sometimes be very loving pets as well.
