read more › How we get rid of raccoons varies based on where the problem is occurring. The solution to a raccoon in the attic is very different from the solution to a raccoon in the yard. Raccoons are dangerous animals and have a particularly bad attitude when trapped, so please do not try to trap raccoons on your own. It is not a secret that raccoons can carry rabies, but a less known disease, raccoon roundworm, can be just as deadly and more easily contracted. We can often simply trap and remove a raccoon in your yard or pooping in your pool.

Effective rat removal requires a five step process which will lead to resolving the current problem, preventing future problems, and returning the home or business to a better than new condition. Rats are extremely prolific, one mated pair can produce thousands of offspring in a year and each of those babies reaches sexual maturity in about three months. An infestation can grow to hundreds of thousands of rats within a few years if left untreated.

Please give us a call to schedule a free inspection. Many animal control problems require removal before, or during, the critter eviction process. However, bat control happens quite differently. We cannot trap bats to remove them from your property, so we must close up all possible inactive entry points before getting bats out of the problem areas.

Most bird species are very well protected by either the Federal Migratory Bird Treaty Act, The Endangered Species Act, or some other federal or state regulation. You can still often take steps to resolve problems with birds, even if they are protected by the law. However, these protections do not apply to some bird species, such as pigeons, sparrows, and starlings, due to the fact that they are invasive species. Handling a bird problem for an unprotected species may differ significantly when compared to a protected species.
