All labor and materials will be furnished to provide the most efficient pest control and maximum safety required by federal, state and city law.
The Renewal Agreement shall be for a period of 1 (one) year and will renew itself annually unless either party cancels the arrangement by giving a 30 (thirty) day written notice before expiration date.
SERVICE GUARANTEE: We agree to apply chemicals to control the above-named pests in accordance with the terms and conditions of this service agreement.
