Pest Controlby Amazon Jack
First, we treat all the cracks and crevices, sealing all access points to the area and the interior of the walls when necessary.
Second, we focus on kitchens, around appliances, pipes under sinks, plumbing penetrations, bathrooms, exterior doors and thresholds, around windows, stairwells, trash rooms and garages.
We spray the entire outdoor perimeter of the bulding (up to 3 feet out), thresholds, doors and windows to control and repel pests.
We recommend trimming back trees and shrubs so there is no contact with buildings and to keep ancillary buildings and storage areas as clean as possible.

Rodent Controlby Amazon Jack
Rats and mice are the most common four-legged creatures who invade businesses and homes in South Florida.
They don't only destroy areas of the building, they also carry and spread virus and bacteria.
In our Rodent Control Program, the most important thing to achieve is exclusion.
For that reason we inspect the whole building and seal the cracks and crevices when we find them.
Then we selectively set specific baits and traps to capture rodents still inside.
