Services
Rodent Removal
Our rodent control specialists implement comprehensive exclusion strategies that seal entry points and sanitize contaminated areas. Using humane trapping methods and habitat modification, we address both immediate infestations and long-term prevention. Each service includes attic and crawlspace clean-up with specialized equipment to remove nesting materials and droppings. Technicians conduct thorough property inspections to identify structural vulnerabilities and recommend permanent sealing solutions. This approach ensures complete eradication while maintaining safety for pets and family members.
Ant Control
Targeting common household ants through perimeter treatments and baiting systems, our technicians identify colony sources and eliminate infestations at their origin. We apply treatments up to 30 feet from foundations, creating protective barriers that prevent re-infestation. The service includes interior and exterior inspections to locate moisture issues attracting ants, with customized recommendations for moisture control and food source elimination. All treatments use pet-safe products that maintain effectiveness while protecting household members.
Bird Exclusion
Specialized bird control services focus on humane exclusion of pigeons and other nuisance birds from residential properties. Our technicians install physical barriers like netting and spikes while implementing habitat modification strategies. The process includes thorough cleaning of affected areas using EPA-registered disinfectants to eliminate health hazards from droppings. We combine immediate exclusion with long-term deterrence methods that prevent birds from returning to nesting sites.
Cockroach Treatment
Our cockroach control program combines targeted gel bait applications with comprehensive sanitation recommendations. Technicians identify moisture sources and food pathways that sustain infestations, implementing multi-pronged treatment strategies. The service includes foundation treatments and interior wall void applications using low-odor, pet-friendly products. We provide detailed follow-up protocols for clients to maintain cockroach-free environments through proper food storage and moisture management.
Gopher Trapping
Professional gopher management using advanced trapping techniques that achieve rapid population reduction. Our technicians locate tunnel systems through systematic probing and install traps at primary burrow locations. The service includes property assessment to identify landscape vulnerabilities and recommendations for preventing future infestations. We use mechanical traps that ensure quick, humane removal while minimizing damage to lawns and garden areas.
