Services
Residential Pest Control
Our residential pest control creates protective barriers around homes through monthly treatments. Technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify entry points, then apply targeted treatments that focus on exterior prevention rather than interior spraying. This proactive approach reduces chemical use while maintaining year-round protection against common pests like ants, spiders, and cockroaches. Customizable plans include monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly options to suit different household needs.
Rodent Control
Specialized rodent control combines inspection, exclusion, and trapping methods to eliminate infestations. Our technicians identify entry points measuring inch or larger, then implement sealing solutions that prevent re-entry. For voles and gophers, we use ground-placed traps checked weekly with $25 removal fees per catch. The service includes identifying damage patterns and implementing preventive measures tailored to property-specific rodent species like mice, rats, voles, and gophers.
Bird Control
Comprehensive bird control addresses nesting issues through exclusion and deterrent systems. We install stainless steel vent covers to prevent starling and sparrow infestations, plus solar panel barriers to deter pigeons. The service includes nest removal from dryer vents and other structures, followed by sanitation procedures to eliminate health hazards from droppings. Our solutions focus on long-term exclusion rather than temporary deterrents.
Wildlife Removal
Professional wildlife removal handles skunks, raccoons, snakes, bats, and other nuisance animals. The $150 inspection identifies species-specific entry points and develops trapping programs using live traps. Snake removal includes same-day relocation, while bat exclusion follows legal guidelines during non-mating seasons. The service covers exclusion work, entry point sealing, and property sanitization where necessary.
Fertilizer & Weed Control
Customized lawn care combines fertilization and weed management to maintain healthy turf. Our technicians apply balanced nutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium while implementing mechanical, cultural, and chemical weed control methods. The service addresses Utah-specific turf pests like crane flies and Japanese beetles through 2-3 annual treatments that target different pest life stages for comprehensive lawn protection.
